يمكن القول إن التاريخ يعيد نفسه، دولة إسرائيلية فى فلسطين فى القرن العشرين، ونواة دولة إسرائيلية فى العراق فى القرن الحادى والعشرين، الأولى بدأت بالاستيطان والثانية تبدأ أيضاً بالاستيطان، كما يمكن القول إننا بصدد تنفيذ الحلم الصهيونى، إسرائيل الكبرى، أو إسرائيل من النيل إلى الفرات، البعض كان يعتقد أنه مجرد حلم، ذلك أنه يتطلب زحفاً إسرائيلياً من فلسطين حتى العراق، إلا أن المخطط اتضح أنه أبسط من ذلك، مستوطنات فى فلسطين وأخرى فى العراق، والزحف من الجانبين بمرور الوقت، بطريقة الكماشة، العرب يغُطون فى نوم عميق، وفى حصار بعضهم البعض، وفى قتال بعضهم البعض، والمخطط يسير على قدم وساق، وقد يكون العرب جزءاً من الكارثة الجديدة، ذلك أن أرشيف 1948 المتعلق بفلسطين يحمل الكثير على هذا النحو، ناهيك عن أنهم مؤهلون لمثل ذلك فى هذه المرحلة.

تقرير صحفى أمريكى هو الذى كشف المخطط الجديد، وليس الإعلام العراقى أو حتى العربى، أنقله نصاً دون تدخل، علَّ وعسى يجد آذاناً صاغية: (مخطط إسرائيلى جديد يتم تنفيذه الآن، يعتمد على نقل اليهود الأكراد من إسرائيل إلى مدينة الموصل ومحافظة نينوى فى شمال العراق، تحت ستار زيارة البعثات الدينية والمزارات القديمة، وكان اليهود الأكراد قد بدأوا منذ الغزو الأمريكى للعراق عام 2003 فى شراء الأراضى بالمنطقة، التى يعتبرونها ملكية يهودية تاريخية، وربما يوضح ذلك أسباب الاهتمام الخاص الذى يُوليه الإسرائيليون بأضرحة الأنبياء «نحوم ويونس ودانيال وحزقيل وعزرا» وغيرهم، ذلك أن إسرائيل تنظر إليها على أنها جزء من إسرائيل الكبرى، مثل القدس والضفة الغربية، التى يسمونها «يهودا والسامرا»، وقد شنت فرق جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلية «الموساد» مع مجموعات من المرتزقة، بالتنسيق مع الميليشيات الكردية، هجمات على المسيحيين الكلدانيين العراقيين، فى كل من الموصل وأربيل والحمدانية وتل أسقف وقراقوش وعقرا وغيرها، وألصقوها بتنظيم القاعدة، بغية تهجيرهم بالقوة وإفراغ المنطقة، التى تخطط إسرائيل للاستيلاء عليها، ويهدف المخطط الإسرائيلى إلى توطين اليهود الأكراد محل الكلدان والآشوريين، كما ترعى الإدارة الأمريكية هذا المخطط، الذى يقوم على تنفيذه ضباط من الموساد، برعاية ومباركة من القيادات السياسية فى الحزبين الكرديين الرئيسيين، الاتحاد الوطنى بزعامة جلال طالبانى، والديمقراطى الذى يتزعمه مسعود برزانى.. هذه العملية تمثل إعادة لعملية اقتلاع الفلسطينيين من فلسطين أيام الانتداب البريطانى بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية وإحلال اليهود مكانهم). انتهى التقرير.

الكشف عن هذا المخطط يتزامن مع عملية الاستفتاء على الاستقلال عن العراق، التى يُجريها الأكراد فى الشمال يوم 25 سبتمبر الجارى، وعلى الرغم من معارضة السلطة المركزية العراقية، ومعارضة جامعة الدول العربية، إلا أن هذا الاستفتاء يجد دعماً إسرائيلياً كبيراً، وسط تواجد مكثف وواضح لخبراء إسرائيليين فى أربيل والسليمانية، بينما أصبح أكراد العراق يعتمدون على السلاح الإسرائيلى بالدرجة الأولى، فى الوقت الذى تتواجد فيه عناصر من الجيش الإسرائيلى بمعسكرات جيش كردستان العراق لتدريب الجنود الأكراد، ليس ذلك فقط بل إن التكنولوجيا الإسرائيلية تغزو الأسواق الكردية، فى ظل تبادل تجارى آخذ فى التنامى، بما يشير إلى أن كل ذلك لن يكون دون مقابل، حتى لو كان المقابل مستوطنات أو مستعمرات.

كل المؤشرات تؤكد أن دولة كردية بشمال العراق فى طريقها إلى إعلان الاستقلال عقب الاستفتاء، ليبدأ العد التنازلى لدولة الأكراد الكبرى أيضاً، أياً كان الوقت المنتظر، والتى يجب أن تضم أجزاء من سوريا وإيران وتركيا، ولن يستطيع الأكراد عموماً تحقيق ذلك، سواء فى المستقبل القريب أو البعيد، إلا بدعم إسرائيلى أمريكى أيضاً، وتواطؤ عربى كما جرت العادة، فى إطار تنفيذ «سايكس بيكو» الجديدة، التى سوف تطال ما هو أبعد من ذلك، فى منطقة الخليج تحديداً، وربما كانت البوادر واضحة بتمهيد خليجى ذاتى الدفع.

على أى حال، علاقة إسرائيل بأكراد العراق، خاصة بالحزب الديمقراطى، ممثلاً فى مسعود برزانى، ليست جديدة، ولم ينكرها «برزانى» نفسه حينما قال: «إن إقامة علاقات بين الأكراد وإسرائيل ليست جريمة، ذلك أن العديد من الدول العربية لها علاقات مع إسرائيل»، الأكثر من ذلك أن نفط العراق، أو نفط الشمال الكردى تحديداً، وصل إلى إسرائيل خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وتحديداً منذ عام 2014 بمعزل عن الدولة العراقية الرسمية، إلا أن ما لا يدركه البعض هو أن عدد السكان اليهود من ذوى الخلفية الكردية فى إسرائيل ليس بضع مئات أو بضعة آلاف، بل إن عددهم يزيد على 150 ألف نسمة، معظمهم يعيشون فى محيط القدس، يحتلون معظم المواقع النافذة فى الجيش الإسرائيلى، ويلعبون دوراً مهماً فى العلاقات المُشار إليها، أصبحوا يشكلون الآن النواة للوجود الصهيونى فى العراق، أو فى دولة إسرائيل الكبرى.. الله يرحمك يا صدام.
