تحقيق: أيمن الشحات: عبر سكان عمارات الشركة العربية بمنطقة القطامية بالتجمع الثالث بالقاهرة الجديدة عن شكواهم من استمرار وجود الورش والحرف والمنشآت الصناعية في أحضان الأحياء السكنية داخل المخططات التنظيمية لكونها تتسبب باثار سلبية كثيرة على حياتهم فهي تسبب ضجيجاً لايحتمل خاصة من ورش الحدادة والسمكرة كما تنتج عنها مخلفات من شحوم وزيوت وغيرها تلوث الطرقات والجوار السكني.. والأهم أنها تحدث أضراراً صحية بالغة قد تهدد حياة السكان من جراء الأبخرة السامة التي تنتج عن أعمال اللحام وتشغيل المحركات، وكانت المطالب ومازالت من الجهات المعنية بضرورة إيجاد حل مناسب يبعد تلك الحرف والمنشآت عن المناطق المأهولة بالسكان.

ويؤكد عدد من السكان بتلك المنطقة وممن يمتلكون شققا سكانية انهم يتمنون وجود مشترين حتى يغادرون المكان بسبب أصوات قرع المطارق والآلآت الحديدية التي “نغصت عليهم حياتهم كما يقولون واضطرتهم لفكرة تغيير المكان بعد أن تحولت الشقق الأرضية ً لورش حدادة الدار للبيع” وتقطيع وتشليح السيارات التى ربما تكون مسروقة ويتم طمس معالمها بتلك الورش، أو لسوء الخدمات وهي ما يضطر الكثيرين ممن يعانون مشكلة أنتشار وتوسع الورش الصناعية داخل الأحياء السكنية من ضوضاء، وبعثره للمخلفات الحديدية سيما تشويهها للمنظر الحضاري، ناهيك عن ما يرافق ذلك من الفاظ خادشة للحياء يتناقلها عمالها فيما بينهم على مسمع من المارة.

كما عبر العديد من السكان عن استياءهم الشديد بسبب الصخب والضوضاء المستمر لساعات متاخرة من الليل، لا نجد سبيل لنوم هادي، وأصوات الطرق وزوامير المركبات اتلفت تركيز الطلاب طوال الوقت.

وأشاروا متسائلين: “أين هو القانون في محاسبة المخالفين ألا يكون الأجدر بجهاز القاهرة الجديدة أو المسؤلين عن منطقة القطامية بالتجمع الثالث أن تقوم بنقل هذه الورش خارج نطاق العمارات السكنية” ؟

ويقول محمد نجيب، الى ان مشكلته مع تلك الورش تتلخص بالموسم الدراسي حيث يقول: احدى الورش على مقربة من المدرسة التي اعمل فيها، قرع مطارق الحديد يربك اليوم الدراسي ويشتت تركز الطلبة بسبب الضوضاء.

أما سامية محمد “وهي طالبة جامعية” تقول الضرر لا يندرج ضمن قائمة الضجيج وحجم التشوه الذي طال الشوارع والارصفة بمخلفات تلك الورشة من دهون وشحوم، أذ تشكو الالفاظ الخادشة للحياء لعمال تلك الورش، وتقول في حديثها أضطر يوميا للتأكد من عدم وجود احد العمال خارج الورشة فلا اكاد أتجنب مضايقاتهم في (الذهاب والاياب) ، ناهيك عن المشاجرات فيما بينهم وتلفظهم بالفاظ مخجلة وجارحة.

وتضيف: احيانا اغير مسار طريقي من والى المنزل لمسافات طويلة بغية عدم المرور من ورشة الحدادة تلك التي باتت مركز لتجمع للشباب يسبب أحراج كبير لفتيات ونسوة المنطقة.

فيما تطرح فريال محمد، وهي ربة منزل تسكن بالقرب من عمارة 34 الخاصة بمساكن الشركة العربية: ان مشكلتها الرئيسية في الورش الصناعية التي تطوق شوارع المنطقة والتى يتحكم فيها اللصوص وقطاع الطرق ولصوص البالوعات، وتشير بانها باتت ماؤى لهم رغم ارسال العديد من البلاغات والاستغاثات المتكررة للمسؤلين لكن لم يتحرك أحد.

وتوضح حاولنا في احيانا كثيرة مناشدة اصحاب هذه الورش وطرح مشكلاتنا بسببها فيكون الجواب؟، الورشة مصدر رزقنا ورزق اطفالنا “فيكون التغاضي المتعب عن هذه المشكلة سيد الموقف”، وتبين “ان انتشار الورش داخل الاحياء السكنية يؤثر صحيا ونفسيا وجسديا فبين ضجيج الطرق ومخلفات المواد الحديدية تكمن المخاطر الحقيقة لتلك الظاهرة التي يستهان بها مشددة: ان الدراسات العلمية الحديثة اكدت الاثار السلبية لتك الورش على صحة الانسان، وأولها الضوضاء وهو من أخطر أنواع التلوث البيئي على صحة الإنسان وأكثرها انتشاراً، لكنها كثيراً ما تهمل ويستهان بأضرارها لأنه لا طعم لها ولا لون ولا رائحة، ومصدرها أجهزة الصوت المستحدثة والتي لم تكن تعرف في المجتمعات البيئية الطبيعية السابقة.

ويؤكد محمد علي “طبيب”: على تراخي جهاز القاهرة الجديدة من اتخاذ ايه اجراءات بنقل الورش خارج الاحياء السكنية من تلك المنطقة المنكوبة بحق، مضيفاً أنه “كثيراً ما قدم شكاوي لرفع هذا الضرر لكن لم يقم أحد بمعالجة المشكلة.

ويأمل سكان عمارات الشركة العربية بالقطامية بتدخل رئيس جهاز القاهرة الجديدة التدخل السريع لحل المشكلة.
