المغرب.. شكوى قضائية تطالب بوقف عرض مسلسل كوميدي بتهمة “الإساءة للمحامين”

المسلسل الكوميدي ”قهوة نص نص“

الدار البيضاء – الامة: تقدم محامٍ مغربي بشكوى أمام القضاء، طالب فيها بوقف عرض المسلسل الكوميدي ”قهوة نص نص“ الذي يعرض خلال شهر رمضان، على اعتبار أنه ”يسيء“ لمهنة المحاماة.

وقال المحامي عمر الداودي في شكواه ضد الشركة الوطنية للإذاعة والتلفزة المغربية، إن هذا المسلسل ”يتضمن مجموعة من المشاهد تسيء لسمعة مهنة المحاماة، وذلك عند ظهور الممثلة بديعة الصنهاجي وهي تحمل البذلة وتستقبل موكليها في مقهى، وأحيانا تقدم استشارات قانونية هناك“.

واعتبر أن الرسالة التي يود المخرج بثها ”تمس بشكل واضح بالمكانة الاعتبارية للمحامي، وتنتقص من دوره“، على حد قوله.

وقررت المحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة الرباط، يوم الأربعاء الماضي، تأجيل النظر في الشكوى المقدمة، إلى الأسبوع المقبل.

ويعرض هذا المسلسل يوميا بعد موعد الإفطار مباشرة على القناة الأولى المغربية، وتدور أحداثه داخل مقهى مجاور لإحدى المحاكم، حيث تتوالى مجموعة من الحكايات القصيرة اليومية، تلقي الضوء على مجموعة من الظواهر الاجتماعية في قالب ساخر.

والعمل من إخراج هشام الجباري، الذي نفى في تصريح صحفي كل الاتهامات الموجهة للمسلسل، وبطولة كوميديين مغاربة معروفين، أبرزهم بديعة الصنهاجي، وباسو.
